The GAPDH Control kit should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C in a constant temperature freezer. 
Minimize exposure to direct light to avoid any loss of fluorescent signal intensity.
When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year.

Each set has been functionally validated and optimized to a PCR efficiency of 95-100 %, when combined with Eurogentec qPCR or qRT-PCR MasterMixes and Core kits. Our GAPDH qPCR control kit has been designed to work specifically with cDNA. The GAPDH qPCR control kit contains enough reagents for up to 250 - 50 µl reactions using Human cDNA. The GAPDH qPCR control kit contains GAPDH primer mix and GAPDH Yakima Yellow® - Eclipse® Dark Quencher probe tubes.
