Our Lithos qPCR MasterMix Hotstart, 2 mM, will allow you to achieve reliable, consistent and accurate Real-Time qPCR results for SYBR® Green and probe detection.
The Lithos qPCR MasterMix Hotstart, 2 mM contains enough reagents for up to 350 - 20 µl reactions using the hotstart enzyme, HotGoldStar and has been validated on capillary Real-Time thermocyclers.
The kit contains a 2x buffer dNTP/dUTP mix, HotGoldStar and 2 mM MgCl2 tubes. Separate tube of SYBR® Green I and MgCl2 tubes are included in the kit.
