Standard Genomic DNA bases

Standard Genomic DNA... Build & Order
All standard Genomic oligos are SePOP desalted, which is adequate for most common applications, such as standard PCR sequencing and hybridization. You can also choose to customize your own Genomic oligos by ordering specific purifications and/or modifications.

Quality Control

   Routine MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry

Delivery times

   15-39 bases : 2-3 Working days

40-80 bases : 5 Working days

Packaging

   15-39 bases : 100 µmol in solution

40-80 bases : Lyophilised

   Room temperature

Storage conditions

-20 °C to -70 °C

Oligonucleotides are stable in solution at 4°C for up to 2 weeks. Properly reconstituted material stored at -20°C should be stable for at least 6 months. Lyophilized DNA (when kept at -20°C) in a nuclease-free environment should be stable for years.

All standard Genomic oligos are SePOP desalted, which is adequate for most common applications, such as standard PCR sequencing and hybridization. You can also choose to customize your own Genomic oligos by ordering specific purifications and/or modifications.

Genomic oligos are synthesized either on a 20, 40, 200 or 1000 nmol scale. We guarantee 2, 4, 12 and 20 ODs respectively from 15-39 bases and 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 12 ODs from 40 to 80 bases.

  • Genomic oligos are SePOP purified by default. You can customize your quality by selecting an additional purification.
  • All oligos are delivered dried except for short unmodified ones (< 40 bases) which are delivered in solution (in sterile water) at a 100 µM concentration.
  • Routine MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry QC.
  • Your unmodified oligos will be delivered within 3 working days and your modified ones within 5 working days.
