This new range of FAST MasterMixes is clearly the new universal Standard, for FAST and REGULAR thermal cycling conditions, particularly when combined with Eurogentec primers and probes.

Use ROX mixes on ABI (except 7500) and Eppendorf machines. 
Use Low ROX mixes on ABI 7500 and Stratagene (when ROX normalization is required) machines. 
Use No ROX mixes on all other machines.
