In combination with Eurogentec primers, the MESA GREEN MasterMix produces highly specific and sensitive results. 

* On the Mx3000P^®, Mx3005^® and Mx4000^®, both MasterMixes with and without ROX passive reference can be used, depending on your needs. If you want to perform a ROX normalisation on your results, we advise you to use our MESA GREEN MasterMix Plus Low ROX for SYBR^® Green Assay which has been validated on these thermocyclers.

** When using a SYBR® Green I kit on an iCycler iQ®, iQ5 or My iQ®, fluorescein is needed to normalize the data correctly. This is the reason why Eurogentec has developed a ready-to-use MESA GREEN MasterMix containing pre-mixed fluorescein.
