Antibody development program

Our aim is to provide you with the monoclonal antibody that you need for your experiments. For this, our program presents the following characteristics:

• In order to give the highest probability of success, all aspects of the project must be clearly reviewed before starting the protocol. Several criteria must be taken into consideration, such as the immunization protocol, the cross-reactive antigen to be incorporated in the antibody analysis, the particular antibody subclass or additional screening assays to be applied. These criteria will be incorporated in the design of your program.
• Our monoclonal antibody production service has been divided into several phases, allowing you to control every stage. If a phase should meet with limited success, the project can be terminated without incurring the expense of the whole program.
• At the end of the screening phase, we send you supernatants of the best hybridomas for confirmation and additional tests in your laboratory. This will ensure that we will clone only those antibodies that suit your purpose. Different types of screening tests are possible. This must also be discussed before starting. Sreening with an additional antigen is also possible.

Our programmes are divided into four phases. The client controls every phase and decides whether to continue to the next phase.

Full confidentiality guaranteed

Antibody production can be done under the terms of a confidentiality agreement if requested. Eurogentec guarantees full confidentiality regarding the antigens and projects in any case. We also state that Eurogentec will never claim any property rights on the hybridomas or the monoclonal antibodies. They remain the property of the customer.
