In combination with Eurogentec primers and probes, the qPCR kits for Probe Assay No ROX produce highly specific and sensitive results. 

The qPCR reagents No ROX are available in different formats, Core kit or MasterMix. 

* On the Mx3000P®, Mx3005® and Mx4000®, both MasterMixes with and without ROX passive reference can be used, depending on your needs. If you want to perform a ROX normalisation on your results, we advise you to use our Low ROX MasterMixes for Probe Assay which have been validated on these thermocyclers.
