In combination with Eurogentec primers, the SYBR^® Green  I kits NO ROX produce highly specific and sensitive results. 

* On the Mx3000P^®, Mx3005^® and Mx4000^®, both MasterMixes with and without ROX passive reference can be used, depending on your needs. If you want to perform a ROX normalisation on your results, we advise you to use our SYBR^® Green Low ROX kits which have been validated on these thermocyclers.

** When using a SYBR® Green I kit on an iCycler iQ®, iQ5 or My iQ®, fluorescein is needed to normalize the data correctly. This is the reason why Eurogentec has developed a ready-to-use SYBR® Green MasterMix containing pre-mixed fluorescein.
