In order to monitor your siRNA experiment conditions, Eurogentec provides siRNA control duplexes.
As for any valid experiment, negative and positive controls are necessary.
Negative controls are siRNA molecules presenting no homology with any known eukaryotic gene.
siRNA controls are already annealed and shipped in solution. The sequence is properly validated.
Control siRNA duplex negative control in vivo is purified according to our in vivo purification process which includes HPLC purification, desalting, sterile filtration and lyophilization. The specific production process has been endotoxin tested in order to ensure in vivo oligonucleotides are suitable for animal research. Endotoxins were undetectable using a chromogenic LAL endotoxin assay.
