The qRT-PCR SYBR®  Green I Kits with ROX passive reference have been specially optimized for the following thermocyclers :

  • ABI GeneAmp® 5700
  • ABI Prism® SDS 7000, 7300, 7700, 7900
  • MasterCycler® ep realplex
  • StepOne™

In combination with Eurogentec primers and probes, the qRT-PCR SYBR®  Green I kits produces highly specific and sensitive results. 

They are available as Core kits or MasterMixes.
