Creating your Accounts means that you supply an E-mail address and a password. That allows you to access to new Eurogentec Ordering System (EOS).
At the first stage of the registration process, you must activate your E-mail address by clicking on the link "E-mail Activation", bottom right corner of the page. You receive an e-mail with a link to the Eurogentec site to complete your registration. Then your E-mail address is incorporated into the Eurogentec database.
"Members Benefits" allows you to choose the way you want we communicate with you..
"Order Confirmation" allows you to indicate whether you want to receive the summary of your order after sending.
As Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Customer and Owner, you have the possibility to give users permission to use your account. Just enter their e-mail addresses and an e-mail will be sent inviting them to register online.
All the Virtual Freezer Owners have the possibility to give users permission to use their Virtual Freezer. Just enter their e-mail addresses and an e-mail will be sent inviting them to register online.
All documentation related to your Oligonucleotides will be sent as PDF to your Contact E-mail address (by default) or any E-mail address(es) of your choice, encoded in the corresponding field. This field is also available in the Shipping step during the ordering process.
Once logged in, the right pane will be automatically adapted to give you access to the Order Centre, your profile, your favorites, your order history, the Help menu, the Logout button and shortcuts to all your Accounts (Oligonucleotides and Kits & Reagents). The Check-out button is an amazing shortcut that brings you the opportunity to directly reach the shipping step of your order process without passing by the cart.
Order Centre
The Order Centre provides you the simplest way to summarize all your Accounts related informations:
> Account type: Indicate if EOS Exclusive Options (Oli&GO 1.2.3™ and/or Virtual Freezer) are activated or not
> Available Accounts: Oligonucleotides (w/o Oli&GO 1.2.3™ as Owner or Users) and Kits & Reagents
> Owned Accounts : Number of Accounts as Owner
> Allowed Users: Number of Users for all your Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Account(s).
> Balance: Total amount of Base Units (BU) on your Oli&GO 1.2.3™ account and total amout in your currency.
> Last Order: Date of your last order(s)

Oligonucleotides
This tab gives you access to My Oligonucleotides. The amount is indicated in the current basket currency.
If you benefits from an Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Account, an integrated counter gives you your current cart amount and the remaining BU credit (green= credit being enough, orange= limited credit and red= insufficient credit).
Rename (Oli&GO 1.2.3™ only)
This link allows you to rename your Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Account(s). Click on "Rename" to change and on "Reset" to cancel. This option is only available for Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Owners.
Users (Oli&GO 1.2.3™ only)
This link allows you to identify the user(s) of your Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Account(s). To allow access to an account Users must be registered in the Eurogentec database (See Register/Profile section). A green tick and a bin appear when user(s) possess(es) an EOS account. A question mark indicate an unlisted address in our database. This option is only available to Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Owners.
Reload (Oli&GO 1.2.3™ only)
You have now directly access to Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Reloads online. The different Reload plans are listed in the corresponding product page and you can add them to your Kits & Reagents cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart". This option is only available to Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Owners.
Cart
You have acces to current Oli&GO 1.2.3™ cart directly. Note that the cart is unavailable when it is empty.
Shipping
This link gives you a direct access to the Shipping section to set up your shipping address.

Order History
This link leads to a global view of your orders and allows you to track them.
Only your Oligonucleotide related orders are listed under the "Oligonuclotides Orders" tab.
All your Kits & reagents are gathered under the "Kits & Reagents Orders" tab.
How to order your Oligonucleotides?
Select first your account (if multiple accounts), then select a product. Oligonucleotides can be ordered one-by-one or by multiple/batch order
With the Custom Oligonucleotides configurator, you can create one Oligonucleotide at a time with the Custom Oligonucleotide configurator and add them successively to your cart.
With the Multiple / Batch Order" you have the opportunity to order several Oligonucleotides at once using an Excel file type (available on this site), containing all your Oligonucleotides and their parameters.
Custom Oligonucleotides
You have access to all Product range or Batch Order by clicking the corresponding button. You can enter all the information related to your Oligonucleotide and add it to your cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart". You can delete all the fields by clicking on the button "Reset form". After adding one item, your Cart is accessible by clicking on the dedicated blue rectangle.
Name
This field contains the name of your Oligonucleotides, with maximum 30 characters and must be filled only with letters and numbers (no space or tab mark)

With EOS ordering a chimeric sequence becomes very easy. Just use the following rules:

Purification
A wide range of Purifications for each type of Oligonucleotide, directly accessible through a specific rolling bar. Please note that the UltraPureGold purification is not compatible with modified Oligonucleotides.
Synthesis scale
This rolling menu gives you access to various synthesis scales, from small to medium scales (10 µmol).
5’ modification
This rolling menu allows you to add one modification at the 5' end of your Oligonucleotides.
This list gives you access to more than 100 modifications classified by chemical categories.
3’ modification
This rolling menu allows you to add one modification at the 3' end of your Oligonucleotides.
This list gives you access to more than 70 modifications classified by chemical categories.
Internal modification 1
This rolling menu allows you to add an internal modification to your Oligonucleotides. This modification should be typed as 1 in the Sequence field.
This list gives you access to more than 50 modifications classified by chemical categories.
Internal modification 2
This rolling menu allows you to add a second type of internal modification to your Oligonucleotides. This modification should be typed as 2 in the Sequence field.
This list gives you access to more than 50 modifications classified by chemical categories.
Additional QC
This rolling menu allows you choose an additional QC for your Oligonucleotides.
Format
Different formats are available from dried to 100 µM in H20, according to your needs.
Double-Dye Probes
You have access to all Product Types or Batch Order by clicking the corresponding button. You can enter all the information related to your Oligonucleotide and add it to your cart by clicking on the button Add to order. You can delete all the fields by clicking on the button Reset form. After adding one item, your Cart is accessible by clicking on the dedicated blue rectangle.

Hybridization probes is a combination of two Oligonucleotides, respectively Upstream and Downstream probes, that hybridize close at close vicinity on the same strand of the PCR product to be detected. This interface allows you to define the parameters of each of them in separate windows.
Primer 1
Name
This field contains the name of your Oligonucleotides, with maximum 30 characters and must be filled only with letters and numbers (no space or tab mark).
Sequence
This field contains the sequence of your Oligonucleotides, between 2 and 180 bases.
All allowed letters and codes are mentioned behind the “?”.

This rolling menu allows you to add one phosphate group at the 3' end of the Downstream Probe acting as a PCR blocker.
Custom siRNA
You have access to all Product Types or Batch Order by clicking the corresponding button. You can enter all the information related to your Oligonucleotide and add it to your cart by clicking on the button Add to order. You can delete all the fields by clicking on the button Reset form. After adding one item, your Cart is accessible by clicking on the dedicated blue rectangle.
Name

Sequence
This field contains the sequence of your Custom siRNA, between 19 to 25 RNA bases + 2 DNA bases.

3' Overhang Chemistry
This rolling menu gives you access to various Chemistries for the 3' Overhang of your Custom siRNA.
Purification
The various purifications applicable for your Custom siRNA are accessible through specific rolling bar.
Synthesis Scale
This rolling menu gives you access to various synthesis scales.
5' Modification
This rolling menu allows you to add one modification at the 5' end of your Custom siRNA. This list gives you access to more than 50 modifications.
3' Modification
This rolling menu allows you to add one modification at the 3' end of your Custom siRNA. This list gives you access to more than 50 modifications.
Internal Modification 1
This rolling menu allows you to add an internal modification to your Custom siRNA. This modification should be typed as 1 in the Sequence field.
Internal Modification 2
This rolling menu allows you to add a second type of internal modification to your Custom siRNA. This modification should be typed as 2 in the Sequence field.
Annealing
By default "no" is selected for non-annealed siRNA duplex. Select "yes" if you prefer to receive annealed siRNA duplex.
Generate Antisense
This button generates automatically the reverse complementary to the Sense Strand previously encoded.
Control siRNA
This link gives you access to a list of control siRNAs. To order your desired Control siRNA, enter the amount in the corresponding field and then click on th "Add to cart" button.
Universal Primers
This link gives you access to a list of universal primers. Enter the amount of the your desired Universal Primer and then click on the "Add to cart" button.

How to order your Kits & Reagents?
They are different ways to order your Kits and Reagents
- By using the dash board
In the Order Centre, click on the "Kits and Reagents" tab, select a product range. On the desired product page, enter the amount and click to the "Add to cart" button.
- By using the fast order tool
On the Kits and Reagents section of the Order Centre, click on the "Fast Order" tab and insert the product reference and the desired amount in the dedicated fields, then click on "Add to cart"
- By using the favorites tool
On the Kits and Reagents section of the Order Centre, click on the "Favorites" tab and selection the product in your favorites.
- Directly on the product web page
You can order all the kits and reagents directly on the product web page. Just enter the amount in the corresponding cell of the product table and click on the "Add to cart" button.
Please note that when a special price is applied on a reference, the corresponding row is highlighted (green: Special Action; Orange: Customer dedicated price)
- By using your Virtual Freezer
Open your virtual freezer and enter the desired quantity of the Kits & Reagents you would like to order, then click on the "Add to cart" button. If you desire to get more information about the Virtual Freezer, please click here.

Cart is the 1st of the 4 steps to finalize your order.
This Cart allows you to checkout your order, categorized by Product type (by Family) or Item reference (by Reference), with the corresponding subtotal in your currency (EUR, CHF, GBP, USD or BU).
Your pricing and conditions are automatically calculated integrating the best price with discounts. You can also enter 1 or 2 Special Action Code(s) in the corresponding area at top right of the page. The four-leaf clover precises you this product has got a promotional price.
You can delete item per item or all items by clicking on the “garbage” icon. You can add item by clicking on the button Continue shopping. To continue the ordering process, please click on the button Next > Shipping.
My Oligonucleotides / Oli&GO 1.2.3™ 8XXXXX
You can edit each item by clicking on the pencil or the name of the item. All details of each item are visible on the "i".
My Kits & Reagents
You can add one item to your favorite list by clicking on the blue star, becoming grey. You can go to product page by clicking on the name of the item. You can modify the Quantity ordered for each item directly in the corresponding field and then click on Update your cart.
Shipping
Shipping is the 2nd of the 4 steps to finalize your order.
You can choose between the corresponding Shipping address (Oligonucleotides, Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Owner or Kits & Reagents) and Contact address or update your Shipping address by clicking on "Edit", and then update your Profile. All these Shipping addresses can be directly updated in your profile.
You have to select your shipping method, Eco-Logik Delivery (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Metropolitan France, Monaco and the Netherlands) or Express Delivery. The Same/Next Day Shipping option is only compatible with Express Delivery and some Product Types.
All European Customer are able to directly receive the Oligonucleotides Related Documentation as PDF file by specifying the e-mail address(es) in the corresponding field.
To continue the ordering process, please click on the button Next > Invoicing.
Invoicing
Invoicing is the 3rd of the 4 steps to finalize your order. This step is not present for Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Customers.
You can choose between the corresponding Invoicing address (Oligonucleotides or Kits & Reagents), or update your Invoicing address by clicking on "Edit", and then update your Profile. All these Invoicing addresses can be directly updated in your profile.
For UK customers, please encode your VAT exemption if applicable, and upload your VAT certificate.
An example of VAT exemption certificate can also be downloaded at this stage.
To continue the ordering process, please click on the button Next > Confirmation.
Confirmation
Confirmation is the last step to finalize your order.
You can check your Contact, Shipping and Invoicing (except for Oli&GO 1.2.3™ orders) addresses and all order related information (Shipping, Invoicing, Cart) are summarized on this webpage.
You can check all the information related to your order with the total amount in your currency (EUR, CHF, GBP, USD or BU), including the shipping fee, speed order fee and ice fee.
You can print all these information by clicking on the button Printable View, i.e. to request the corresponding P.O. Number to your administration. In this case, your current Carts (Oligonucleotides and Kits & Reagents) will be kept until your next login.
Please mention your Purchase Order (P.O.) Number and accept the Eurogentec’s general conditions of sales, to send your order.
"EOS Advantage" represents an additional discount on your Kits & Reagents orders placed via EOS.
Email Order Confirmation
The next page will confirm your order by giving you the Eurogentec internal reference NRU (1000XXXXX). Please note that this NRU is necessary for any request about your order to eos@eurogentec.com.

How to create your Eurogentec Ordering System (EOS) login?
To create your Eurogentec Ordering System login, just click on "Register Now" on the Order Centre section of each Eurogentec webpage.

With your email used as login you enter the simplest way to pass your order. EOS is a secured interface, which gives you access to a series of amazing features. Once connected, your pricing including discount is automatically applied, and have access to a global administrative view to track your orders, consult your order history, create favorites, manage different accounts and more.
Shall I still use my 8XXXXX and/or 9XXXXX account(s)?
When you will log in with your current 8XXXXX or 9XXXXX and the corresponding password to login, you will have choice to directly order your oligonucleotides via a restricted EOS interface or to convert your current account to an EOS login. In this conversion process, all your personal details will be automatically uploaded from your current 8XXXXX and/or 9XXXXX accounts. Please note that your E-mail address will be used as a key reference to automatically apply your pricing conditions.
Shall I benefit from an EOS account without being Oli&GO 1.2.3 ™ Customer?
Yes, you can benefit from an EOS account without being Oli&GO 1.2.3™ Customer and you can order Oligonucleotides via EOS.
How to use Oli&GO 1.2.3™ if I'm not Owner's Account?
As User, you can use Oli&GO 1.2.3™ but you are not allowed to rename, reload and modify the shipping address

It is not possible to order Custom peptides on EOS currently but this possibility will come soon.

Due to dedicated pricing and shipping conditions, it is not possible to order Oligonucleotides and Kits & Reagents in the same order.
What about my current cart(s) after Logout?
All your carts (Oligonucleotides and Kits & Reagents) are saved after logout. You can find them back on your next login.
What about VAT exemption for UK Customers?
You can directly upload your VAT exempt Certificate or Eurogentec Standard Certificate on the invoicing step of your order.
