Eurogentec proposes various services related to the identification of proteins separated by 2D gel electrophoresis with NEPHGE. We also propose protein analysis services based on MALDI-TOF and ESI Mass Spectrometry (peptide mass fingerprinting and sequencing) and N-terminal Edman sequencing. 

Custom antibody MicroArray
Based on the know-how acquired in the preparation of DNA MicroArrays and on the expertise gained in antibody production, Eurogentec offers custom services related to antibody MicroArrays. The spotting of your antibodies prepared by peptide immunization onto MicroArrays allows for allow the rapid screening of antigens in a high-throughput manner.
