Eurogentec launches new range of MESA BLUE qPCR kits for SYBR® Assay with Blue inert dye for safe and easy visualization
Eurogentec, a world leader in qPCR kits and reagents, has introduced a new range of MESA BLUE qPCR kits for SYBR® Assay with inert BLUE dye, which does not effect the QPCR reaction, to significantly enhance the contrast between reagent and plastic, making verification of master mix dispensing quick, easy and foolproof.
The combined use of MESA kis for SYBR® assay and the recently introduced opaque white plastic plates shows a dramatic improvement in the sensitivity of qPCR results. Anyway some users found it very difficult to visualise the MESA Mastermix liquid when filling the wells by hand.
In order to overcome this limitation, Eurogentec has developed coloured MESA qPCR Mastermixes that would strongly enhance the contrast between reagent and plastic without affecting the quality of the qPCR reaction in any way.
The result is the new MESA BLUE qPCR kits for SYBR® whose clearly visible blue colour enables the status of Mastermix dispensing to be verified at a glance whilst enhancing performance with white PCR plastics.
