Eurogentec S.A. receives the CIR consent from the Research Ministry of the French Republic.
Tax credits for French companies
The French Ministry of the National education, Higher education and Research has recognized EUROGENTEC as an organization able to perform research and development works on behalf of French companies.
Therefore and subject to provisions of the General Tax Code in France, the expenses carried out by such companies for R&D works entrusted to EUROGENTEC will give access to a research and development tax credit (CIR). The limit of the tax credit is 8 million Euros per company and per year and is either charged to the payable tax either refunded to the new companies that do not make profit.

In practical terms, this consent granted to EUROGENTEC, will allow French companies which have subcontracted R&D activities to EUROGENTEC, to introduce a procedure to obtain a financial aid in the form of a tax credit.
