The 28S rRNA Control kit should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C in a constant temperature freezer. 
Minimize exposure to direct light to avoid any loss of fluorescent signal intensity.
When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year.
Each set has been functionally validated and optimized to a PCR efficiency of 95-100 %, when combined with the Eurogentec RT qPCR or qPCR MasterMixes or Core kits. Our 28S rRNA qPCR control kit has been designed to work with cDNA. Moreover it also works with gDNA. The 28S rRNA qPCR control kit contains enough reagents for up to 250 - 50 µl reactions using Humanor mouse cDNA. The 28S rRNA qPCR control kit contains 28S primer mix and 28S Yakima Yellow® - Eclipse® Dark Quencher probe tubes.
