mRNA sample requirements
At least 5 µg of mRNA are required for protein expression services, where the A260/A280 ratio is greater than or equal to 1.8. The concentration must be greater than or equal to 0.1 µg/µl and supplied in a nuclease-free packaging and buffer.
Shipping your mRNA preparation sample
Ship your mRNA sample on dry ice with an overnight courier. Please ship samples at the beginning of the work week.

All samples must be accompanied by a document with the following information: investigator’s name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, your institution’s purchase order number. The order references for the services you have ordered.
