The oli&GO and oli&GO+ Privilege Programs are two exclusive and revolutionary ordering integrated concepts developed by Eurogentec. These programmes simplifiy and streamline the ordering process for oligonucleotides, regardless of the type of your oligo.
Depending on your needs, you will be able either to order Genomic and OliGold® oligos through oli&GO or Double-dye probes and siRNA through oli&GO+. With both programmes, you will be able to customize the quality of the oligos by adding purifications and modifications.
Flexible and convenient
The oli&GO Privilege Program allows you to buy and manage a defined number of arbitrary Base Units :
- You receive only one invoice: when joining the oli&GO Privilege Program.
- The oli&GO Privilege Programs allows you to buy and manage a defined number of arbitrary Base Units (BU).
- You can choose between two Privilege Programs: Full (3333 Base Units) or Small (1000 Base Units) versions.
You order your oligos, probes or siRNA through a simple and user-friendly web interface. - For each oligonucleotide ordered a number of BU is debited from your account (depending on the synthesis scale, the modifications, and/or the purity grade).
- A separate counter gives you the status of your account along its use.
- There is no limitation of time: you can order whenever you want, even if your oligo needs are spread over several months.
- Use this tool and benefit from the online tracking allowing you to check the status of your order at any time.
- Once your counter is close to zero, your account can be reloaded upon request sent by e-mail, fax or via our website.

Genomic oligos
- Non-modified Genomic oligos are synthesized either on a 40, 200 or 1000 nmol scale (from 15 to 80 bases long). We guarantee 4, 12 and 20 OD respectively from 15-39 bases and 2.5, 5 and 10 OD from 40 to 80 bases.
- You can build your quality and customize your oligo by selecting your purification and modification.
- All oligos are delivered dried except for the short unmodified ones (< 40 bases) which are delivered in solution at a 100 µM concentration.
- Routine MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry QC.
- Your unmodified oligos will be delivered within 3 working days and your modified ones within 5 working days.
OliGold® oligos
- Non-modified OliGold® oligos are either synthesized on a 40, 200 or 1000 nmol scale (from 8 to 140 bases long). We guarantee 4, 12 and 20 OD respectively from 15-80 bases.
- All oligos are delivered dried.
- Unmodified oligos (from 8 to 80 bases) are purified by Reverse-Phase Chromatography.
- Routine MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry QC.
- Modified oligos are purified and controlled by the most adequate technique (i.e. Real-Time qPCR oligo probes are purified by RP-HPLC, controlled by analytical HPLC and Mass Spectrometry).
- Unmodified oligos will be delivered within 3 working days and most modified oligos within 5 working days.
How does it work?
- Upon receipt of your oli&GO Privilege Program order, we send you a login (client ID) and a password by e-mail. Your account is now activated and you can already start ordering.
- After activation of your account, you can order your Genomic and OliGold® oligonucléotides via our oli&GO interface.
- Click the button "Login" (at the top of the right pane),
- Type your Login and you Password,
- Choose the product corresponding to your needs: Genomic or OliGold ® oligonucleotides,
- Enter names, sequences, synthesis scales, modifications and additional purifications and the click the button "Add to order",
- Begin again this last stage as often as necessities,
- End the order by clicking the button "Finalize order",
- Enter and validate your information and coordinates,
- Click the button "Send order" to send us your order.
- The reception of your order will be confirmed to you some minutes later by e-mail.
- To reload your oli&GO account, you can make it directly via the oli&GO interface by clicking the orange/red light (in the right of each counter) and complete the form with all the required information or send us an order form by mentioning your Login and specifying the corresponding references.
