Our qPCR 96-well plate sub-skirted, low profile, natural are compatible with ABI 7500, 7900 FAST BLOCK and are made of a special polypropylene of optical quality and of medical grade and virgin quality. These plates are low profile, thin-walled, sub-skirted, natural, frosted and have optical quality. These plates have a very rigid stabilized frame. All the tubes have been designed frosted to improve Real Time qPCR signal yields.
These 96-well plates typically allow working with volumes between 5 µl to 25 µl. Concerning the closing of the plates we propose either to use optical seals. If optical seals are used with these plates for the use of ABI FAST instruments, it is recommended to use a compression pad.
