Fluorescein additive should be used for iCycler iQ®, My iQ®, iQ5.

Storage conditions


For long term storage the qPCR Core kit for SYBR® Green I No ROX should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 2 years.
For short term storage the qPCR Core kit for SYBR® Green I No ROX 10x reaction buffer and MgCl2 can be stored at 4 °C to 6 °C for 1 month. The Taq polymerase should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C.
The qPCR Core kit for SYBR® Green I No ROX reaction buffer should be protected from light whenever possible.

Our qPCR Core kit for SYBR® Green I No ROX, will allow you to achieve reliable, consistent and accurate Real-Time qPCR results for probe detection. The qPCR Core kit for SYBR® Green I No ROX contains enough reagents for up to 500 - 50 µl reactions using the hotstart enzyme, HotGoldStar and has been validated on Mx4000®, Mx3000P®, Mx3005P®, MasterCycler® ep realplex, iCycler iQ®, My iQ®, iQ5, DNA Engine Opticon® 1, DNA Engine Opticon® 2, Chromo 4, Mini Opticon®, Quantica®, LC480. The kit contains a 10x buffer, dNTP/dUTP mix, HotGoldStar, SYBR® Green and MgCl2 tubes.
