The universal Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be combined with each qPCR Core kit or qPCR MasterMix, available from Eurogentec. The RT buffer and PCR buffers have been harmonized to ensure optimal results with any combination.

The Reverse Transcriptase Core kit contains enough reagents for up to 300 / 500 - 10 µl reactions.

Storage conditions

For long term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit should be stored at -65 °C to -75 °C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year.
For short term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C for up to 6 months.

As the RT buffer and the PCR buffer are harmonized, optimal results will be obtained with this combination. The Reverse Transcriptase Core kit contains enough reagents for up to 300 / 500 - 10 µl reactions, using the EuroScript RT enzyme and the RNase Inhibitor. The kit contains a 10x buffer, dNTP mix, EuroScript, RNase Inhibitor and 25 mM MgCl2, oligo d(T) primers, random nonamers and RNase free water tubes.
