The Ribosomal protein L13a Control kit should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C in a constant temperature freezer. 
Minimize exposure to direct light to avoid any loss of fluorescent signal intensity.
When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year.

Each set has been functionally validated and optimized to a PCR efficiency of 95-100 %, when combined with Eurogentec qRT-PCR or qPCR MasterMixes and Core kits. Our Ribosomal protein L13a qPCR control kit has been designed to work with cDNA. Moreover it also works with gDNA. The Ribosomal protein L13a qPCR control kit contains enough reagents for up to 250 - 50 µl reactions using Human cDNA. The Ribosomal protein L13a qPCR control kit contains Ribosomal protein L13a primer mix and Ribosomal protein L13a Yakima Yellow® - Eclipse® Dark Quencher probe tubes.
