The mirAnalyser MicroArray allows you to screen a large number of microRNA in a single experiment. Our Human mirAnalyser MicroArray contains Tm calibrated miRNA oligonuceotides, HPLC purified spotted in duplicate into two separate fields on 25x75 mm high quality glass slides

  • Eurogentec offers the service of miRNA labeling, hybridization and data analysis. 
  • Only 3-5 micrograms of total RNA is needed 
  • We provide raw and normalised data analysis in Excel™ file and the images of hybridisation within 10 working days. 

    We provide fully analyzed data including, detectable transcripts, expression deferential, original images, and raw data tables. The customers may choose to hybridize a single RNA sample labeled with either Cy3 or Cy5 (mono-color hybridization) or a pair of RNA samples labeled respectively with Cy3 and Cy5 (two-color for dual hybridization experiment)
    Service procedure 

    1-Service package: Service package includes, mirAnalyser microRNA MicroArray, two RNA labelling reactions, hybridization, slide scanning, image extraction and data analysis 
    2- Receiving samples: The RNA samples should be sent in dry ice at the minimal concentration of 1 micrograms/microliter in DEPC treated water, to Eurogentec Microarray Department, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The RNA samples can be either sent by express mail service or dropped by users. 
    For microRNA expression analysis, we required 3-5 micrograms of total RNA and we do not recommend enrichment of small RNA. 
    3- RNA quality contro:l The customer will need to extract total RNA, provide a photo of a gel and the 260/280 optical density ratio to assure minimum RNA quality. Eurogentec’s Microarray Department will run RNA quality control procedure using Bioanalyzer 2100 instrument to ensure RNA quality before Microarray experiment. If the quality is not meeting the requirement, the customers will be noticed and asked to ship new RNA preparation. 
    4-RNA labeling We use the Array 900miRNA RT labeling kits (designed specifically for use with microRNA, siRNA, and other small RNA molecules) from Genisphere (http://www.genisphere.com/). 5-Hybridization: 3-5 micrograms per labeled total RNA sample is applied on the mirAnalyser microRNA MicroArray for hybridization on Array Booster™ station, which guarantee fast and reproducible hybridization results. The slide are washed at stringent conditions and scanned immediately on GenePix 4000B scanner, which is able to scan two wavelength excitations at 532 and 635 nm in a single phase. 
    6- The Microarray results including TIFF And JPEG images of hybridization and data analysis Excel™ file will be recorded onto CD and sent to the customer by express mail. 
    7- Service turn around time The Microarray hybridization results will be returned to user within 10 working days
