Uracil-N-glycolsylase (UNG) can be combined with each dUTP containing qPCR Core kit, qPCR MasterMix and each Lithos kit available from Eurogentec.
UNG efficiently hydrolyzes the release of free uracil from uracil-containing single stranded or double stranded DNA, but not from oligomers (6 or less bases).
