Biomarkers are Markers of 100 or 500 bp steps with equal band intensities.

Biomarkers are optimal for reading DNA fragments ranging from 50 to 3000 bp. They are stable at room temperature and are supplied dephosphorylated in order to allow labelling with polynucleotide kinase onto free 5’-termini.
Biotin and Rhodamine labelled biomarkers are available.
Biomarkers are supplied with 6 x gel loading buffer.
These markers are evaluated for resolution, intensity and background on 7.5 % acrylamide and 3:1 SFAgarose: Agarose gels with ethidium bromide staining.
