MicroArray Hybridization Center

We offer gene profiling service on custom made MicroArray and catalog MicroArray, including RNA purification, hybridization, scanning and data analysis services for simple and complex experimental design

PCR reaction service:  Up to 10 000 PCR reactions/week, all controlled on agarose gel. 

We offer the following services: 

• Pair of primer design targeting specific region of genes
• PCR amplification of cDNA inserts and amplicons using DNA genomic as templates
• DOP-PCR productions on BACs (Bacteria artificial chromosome) for CGH Array
• All the PCR reactions are controlled on agarose gel for specificity and yield
• Automatisation of PCR purification, aliquoting and quantification
• Spotting on either glass slides, nylon membranes or 96-well plates
