The MESA FAST qPCR MasterMix Plus for SYBR® Assay No ROX has been specially optimized for FAST cycling conditions on the following thermocyclers:

  • RotorGene 2000, 3000, 6000, Q 
  • Smartcycler®

In combination with Eurogentec primers, the MESA FAST MasterMix produces highly specific and sensitive results.
