The MESA FAST qPCR MasterMix Plus for SYBR® Assay has been specially optimized for FAST cycling conditions on the following thermocyclers:

  • ABI Prism® SDS 7900
  • MasterCycler® ep realplex
  • StepOne™  and StepOne™ Plus

In combination with Eurogentec primers, the MESA FAST MasterMix produces highly specific and sensitive results.
