The new MESA FAST MasterMix Plus for SYBR® Assay is a unique combination of our high-performance Hotstart MeteorTaq together with a newly formulated buffer. This ready-to-use formulated mix allows you to reduce your qPCR run times without compromising sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility of your assay. The kit delivers FAST, accurate and consistent results using a broad range of template amounts across all different qPCR platforms.

Use ROX mixes on ABI (except 7500) and Eppendorf machines. Use Low ROX mixes on ABI 7500 and Stratagene (when ROX normalization is required) machines. Use No ROX mixes on all other machines.
