The MESA GREEN qPCR MasterMix Plus for SYBR^® Assay Low ROX has been specially optimized for the following thermocyclers :

• ABI 7500
• Mx3000P®, Mx3005®, Mx4000®

In combination with Eurogentec primers and probes, the MESA GREEN MasterMix produces highly specific and sensitive results. 

⇒ On the Mx3000P^®, Mx3005^® and Mx4000^®, both MasterMixes with and without ROX passive reference can be used depending on your needs. If you do not perform ROX normalisation on your results, we advise you to use our MESA GREEN MasterMix Plus No ROX for SYBR^® Green Assay which has been validated on these thermocyclers.
