The qPCR MasterMixes for probe and SYBR® Green Low ROX, have been specially optimized for the use on the Mx3000P®, Mx3005®, Mx4000®. In combination with Eurogentec primers and probes it gives highly specific and sensitive results. 

On the Mx3000P®, Mx3005® and Mx4000®, both reagents with ROX passive reference and reagents without ROX passive reference can be used according to your needs. If you wish to use ROX passive reference for normalisation of your results we recommend you to use our Low ROX MasterMixes that have been tested on these thermocyclers and give very nice results.
