qPCR kits for SYBR® Assay

For your SYBR® Green I detection assays, Eurogentec is able to propose a wide range of Real-Time kits. Eurogentec has a kit for every Real-Time thermocycler. Some require a ROX passive reference, others fluorescein additive in order to obtain the best possible results. As a reagent supplier, Eurogentec is able to meet all these demands by providing kits with different level of ROX passive reference.

Use ROX mixes on ABI (except 7500) and Eppendorf machines. Use Low ROX mixes on ABI 7500 and Stratagene (when ROX normalization is required) machines. Use No ROX mixes on all other machines.
