SuperLadders come in seven different types ranging from 20 bp all the way to 15 kb.
The SuperLadder markers are all derived from cloned and purified DNA fragments, with no overloaded plasmid DNA band to partially obscure or distort DNA bands in adjacent lanes.
Every SuperLadder band is composed of multimers of a single subunit, and each band has a perfect 50 % GC contents. Supplied with 6 x gel loading buffer and useful instructions for obtaining high resolution and precise sizing of DNA fragments.
