Eurogentec’s R&D team and engineers combined efforts have optimized phosphoramidite chemistry and automated oligo synthesis. Our proprietary synthesis platforms provide computer-controlled oligo synthesis, cleavage, and deprotection in 4 different processing formats. Even though oligos are synthesized with the highest achievable coupling efficiencies, we always perform an additional purification step on every oligo batch. This purification step ensures that even the simplest primer will be suitable for most molecular biology applications, such as PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing and hybridization studies.
