Your mission
To develop and implement a vision for EGT's worldwide Sales and Marketing Strategy that sustains a dynamic growth of the Genomics & Proteomics activities by:
- Managing a business unit of about 60 people
- Maximizing the value of EGT's worldwide Sales Force
- Establishing and communicating the department's objectives within the frame and the business goals of the company
- Improving the Sales & Marketing strategy and organization to gain new market opportunities and to improve the department's efficiency
- Ensuring communication and coordination with the production and the other Sales and marketing activities within EGT
- Identifying the need for new products & services development in response to customer's demand
- Being responsible for implementation of prospecting support material (including field visits, events, advertising, brochures, ...)
Your profile
- Master or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- English-French bilingual. German is an asset
