Dragonfly Orange™ is an exclusive dye which has been proven to be the best alternative to NED™.

With an emission maximum at 576 nm, very close to that of NED™ dye, the Dragonfly Orange™ fluorescent dye is high performing and is compatible with all major thermocyclers and probe/primer formats. Coupled with BHQ-2™, the Dragonfly Orange™ can be detected by channel 3 or TAMRA channel.

  • - Spin the tube briefly to collect the pellet in the bottom of the tube - Add an appropriate volume of recommended buffer (refer to technical data sheet) - Allow the tube to stand a few minutes - Vortex the tube for 15 seconds
