Eps8-derived peptide 327 is a human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A*2402-restricted epitope derived from the Eps8 protein. This peptide may interfere with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling by disrupting Eps8/EGFR complex formation. It has been shown that peptide 327 suppressed cancer cell viability, blocked EGFR signaling and hence changed the regulation of downstream gene expression.
