HiLyte™Fluor 647 amine is a carbonyl-reactive fluorescent labeling dye that generates the conjugates that are slightly red-shifted compared to those of Cy®5 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed for Cy®5 dye. Its conjugate may have better performance than Cy®5 for fluorescence polarization-based assays.
