qPCR Probe design
We design qPCR Probes including LNA® and Molecular Beacons Probes.
We have a large choice of fluorescent dyes and quenchers from near blue to near IR.
siRNA design
For each partial or complete CDS provided, you will receive three siRNA candidate sequences. You may order one or more of the proposed candidates.
To benefit from Eurogentec’s siRNA silencing guarantee, all three duplexes must be ordered and synthesized by Eurogentec. Under these conditions, we guarantee that at least one of them will achieve a minimum of 80% gene silencing.
miRNA design
We assist you in the design and production of miRNA inhibitors and miRNA mimics.
