DYOMICS 681 is a red-fluorescent dye with an absorbance maximum of ~691 nm and emission at ~708 nm, suitable for visible-range applications.
DYOMICS labels developed by Dyomics GmbH are used for cDNA detection on microarrays, Real-Time qPCR FRET-based assays, DNA sequencing and FiSH microscopy.
Other dyes in the range offer infrared excitation or large Stokes shifts for probe assays.
