DYOMICS 781 has an absorbance maximum of ~783 nm and emits near ~800 nm, placing it in the near-infrared range.
This near-infrared fluorescence supports applications such as microarray detection, Real-Time qPCR FRET assays, DNA sequencing and FiSH microscopy.
