DYOMICS 782 absorbs at ~783 nm and emits at ~800 nm in the infrared region, making it useful for applications where long-wavelength excitation can reduce background.
Like all DYOMICS labels from Dyomics GmbH, it supports cDNA detection on microarrays, Real-Time qPCR FRET-based assays, DNA sequencing and FiSH microscopy.
Other labels in the range exhibit large Stokes shifts for specialized probe technologies.
