DYOMICS 800 is a near-infrared fluorescent dye with absorbance at ~787 nm and emission at ~812 nm. This region facilitates detection in applications sensitive to autofluorescence.
DYOMICS labels can be used in microarrays, Real-Time qPCR FRET-based assays, DNA sequencing and FiSH microscopy.
The dye family also includes variants with large Stokes shifts for probes using Taqman® technology.

  • - Spin the tube briefly to collect the pellet in the bottom of the tube - Add an appropriate volume of recommended buffer (refer to technical data sheet) - Allow the tube to stand a few minutes - Vortex the tube for 15 seconds
