Synthesis scale

Carboxy-dT modification allows the conjugation of the oligonucleotide to any molecule containing a primary amino group. The carboxy-dT is hydrolyzed during the deprotection synthesis step. The coupling is made via the intermediate N-hydroxy-succinimide (NHS) ester or by a standard peptide.
