Takyon® Etheris SYBR® is a 2X Blue Master Mix formulated with purified components to to minimize E. coli host-derived DNA contamination, ensuring low background and reduced risk of false positives.

Ideal for routine microbial detection and exploratory qPCR assays, it delivers accurate quantification, strong fluorescence signals, and clean melt curves.
Optimized for applications such as food and beverage testing, water and soil analysis, and 16S testing for bacterial load quantification, Takyon® Etheris SYBR® combines high performance with cost-efficiency in a ready-to-use format.

  • Sample kit and 150 reactions kit contain: One tube (1.5 mL ; black cap - amber tube) of 2X MasterMix containing Ultra-Pure Takyon® DNA polymerase, MgCl2 (2.5 mM final concentration), SYBR Green®, dNTPs, Inert blue dye, Stabilizers; one tube (0.5 ml ; red cap) of ROX™ Passive reference. 750 reactions kit contains: One bottle (7.5 mL ; black cap - amber vial) of 2X MasterMix containing Ultra-Pure Takyon® DNA polymerase, MgCl2 (2.5 mM final concentration), SYBR Green®, dNTPs, Inert blue dye, Stabilizers; one tube (0.5 ml ; red cap) of ROX™ Passive reference. 5-pack bundle contains five 750 rxn kits. 10-pack bundle contains ten 750 rxn kits.

Storage Conditions
  • The Takyon® Etheris SYBR® 2X qPCR MasterMix blue should be stored between -15°C and -25°C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions, the kit is stable for 12 months. For short term storage the Takyon® Etheris SYBR® 2X qPCR MasterMix blue can be stored at 4°C for 6 months. Product must be stored in the dark.
