Takyon® One-Step kit converter
Convert any Takyon® qPCR Master Mix dTTP for DNA detection to a One-Step kit for RNA detection.
1. Be aware that the carryover prevention converter kit (RT-UTPUNG-SA) is not compatible with 1-step RT-qPCR workflows.
For a 2-step approach, check our first strand cDNA synthesis Core Kit (RT-RTCK-03).
